Whew! Ya'll have alot going on. The morphine she has gotten should not harm the baby at all. The stent is to relieve the narrowing of the ureter for the urine to flow better. Yes it would be great if they could go on and do a c section and get started on the stone treatment. However 34 weeks is a bit early. I would make sure that she is drinking lots of water (and I mean lots) she needs to let her MD know about the burning with urination, an antibiotic may be a good idea. When she is sitting or resting, she should keep her feet elevated. Is her blood pressure OK? Is this baby #1?
