I am 23 wks along and since last Saturday I have been VERY dizzy. I feel like my head is just spinning all the time. At night when I get up to go to the bathroom, I am so dizzy, it's hard to lift my head off the pillow. Is this something I should be concerned with? I haven't had any problems w/ my blood pressure - it is actually very low. I have been faithfully taking my vitamins but they haven't ever tested my iron. I was anemic with my last pregnancy but when I told my doctor that he just said that the majority of pregnant women end up being anemic so I shouldn't worry about it. Thanks for any information. My doctor tends to be very casual - everything is just normal when you ask him.
