Lorrie~

I had BH from about 5 months on. They were never painful. I did notice that thery increased in frequency when I went back to teaching after summer break. I called the doc's office to describe the feeling, noting that they seemed to happen every time I got up from sitting and walked around. I had to go in so they could check to see if I was dialating, but everything was fine. Doc advised drinking LOTS of water, and that seemed to help diminish the number of BH.

Good luck, and stay hydrated! ~Sandra
