I'm 16 weeks pregnant. Tylenol is listed as safe on the list of OTC meds I can take. My question is, how much is considered safe? Extra Strengh now comes in 500mg capsules. The recommended dose then is 1000mg. Any advice is appreciated. I'm taking it for an ear infection.
