Yesterday, at 15w2d pregnant, my face broke out in something that looks sort of like pimples (the blemishes look slightly darker than pimples). Three dark pimples broke out about inch below both of my eyes (this is not where people normally get acne, I believe), as welll as random other places on my face (my upper lid, the side of my nose near my eye). Is this pregnancy related? I thought that pregnancy made women's faces very clear. I don't normally have problems with acne......What can I do? Thanks so much!
