Acceptable TSH & FreeT4 levels during pregnancy

Can anyone tell me if these TSH & FreeT4 score levels are acceptable during pregnancy, at it's different week stages? I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis (never Hypothyroid though) I'm taking Levothyroxine and the dosage was adjusted 3 times. However, I did not begin the medication until March 23rd, when I was 14 weeks pregnant. (The normal range score at my Hospital lab is .35 - 6.0 )

November 2000: 1 month BEFORE becoming pregnant, my score for TSH was 2.62

Jan 16th: (4 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy) no thyroid meds TSH: 4.87 FreeT4: 0.97

Mar 14th: ( 12 weeks 4days of pregnancy) no thryoid meds TSH: 1.91 FreeT4: 0.88

March 23rd: Began Thyroid medication: Levothryoxine

Apr 13th: (17th week of pregnancy) TSH: 2.13 FreeT4: 0.90

Apr 23rd: (18th & 2 days of pregnancy) TSH: 1.51 FreeT4: 0.82

May 14th: (21 weeks and 2 days of pregnancy) TSH: 2:49 FreeT4: 0.74

June 11th: (25 weeks and 2 days of pregnancy) TSH: 0.44 FreeT4: 0.94

June 18th: (26 weeks and 2 days of pregnancy) TSH: 1.42 FreeT4: not done

June 25th: (27 weeks and 2 days of pregnancy) TSH: 2.0 FreeT4: not done

July 16th: (30th week and 2 days of pregnancy) TSH: 1.05 FreeT4: not done

Second question: If the normal range at my lab is .35 - 6.0, would a score of 4.87 be considered almost Hypothyroid and a cause for concern during early pregnancy? I'm asking because that was my score on January 16th at 4 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy...(Ironically it went to a better level on it's own without meds by week 12)

I keep reading on the Internet, about how borderline scores can impair a baby's IQ. And I don't know if a couple of points BEFORE 6.0 is considered to be borderline, or if you have to be a couple of points BEYOND 6.0 (example 6.20) to be considered borderline Hypothyroid.

I'm hoping that someone else in my position can benefit from my experience and from your valuable advice. Thank you doctors! I'm going to put my 2 year old to bed now.... and then watch the Jay Leno show! I hope to log on tomorow morning and see your response. Thanks a million guys for your time!
