I'm not taking any meds for ovulation and no symptoms of PCOS. On cd 11 I had 1 follicle 23 mm and normal horomone (in range) levels. On cd 12 my estradiol was 338, doc thought I ovulated BUT the u/s showed the follicle had grown to 28 mm. Doc administered hCG. Can this still be a viable egg given that it may grow to >30?

I have been ttc for 10 months - I have a regular 29 day cycle and dh has a normal sc. Thanks...
