As far as I know, urine hcgs are not able to give a quantified number of hcg, only a yes or no based on minimal sensitivity. A blood level of 5+ is essentially negative. A repeat US would be more informative than an US since no pregnancy can be detected in the uterus until levels are in the 2000 range.
