I did not loose quite as much as you, I only lost 8 pounds in my first trimester, but I did not start gaining anything until 22 weeks. Unfortunately, I have gained 5 pounds in 4 weeks since then because of unhealthy fast food. Try and eat as healthy as you can and then you will gain healthy weight. jla
