heather..i had pre eclampsia with all 3 preg.my b/p stayed pretty normal until 37 weeks (when i delivered) i had that right upper quad pain and my doc did 24 hour urine and blood tests to rule out"h.e.l.p"my weight gain was like yours but the moment i started swelling in my face i had my 3rd c-section they worry about liver prob.with right upper quad.my only clue i was really getting in trouble was i started seeing black/silvery flury like things and with in 2 days i was having him ,also i was having nst 2 times a week.good luck 20 more to go:>!!!kristie
