Very Large Fibroids and Pregnancy

I'm 12 weeks pregnant today and don't have (and haven't had in the past) any symptoms from my large fibroids (12x12 centimeters, 7x9 centimeters, and 5x7 centimeters) but my doctor says that my pregnancy is considered "high risk" due to the fibroids (although I'm still on a normal OB schedule of visits). I'm a small person (5'2") and weighed 110 lbs. pre-pregnancy. My general health is excellent and I'm 35. I'm terrified that the baby won't have room to grow due to the large fibroids as my uterus is shifted to my right side already. Will the baby have room to grow? Will the uterus make room for itself and the growing baby? Does the uterus shift around as needed during pregnancy? Thanks in advance, Mary
