About seven months ago I began taking spinning classes. I really enjoy them. They're also helping keep my lungs in shape (I have asthma and find I breathe more easily when I exercise regularly). I just found out I'm six weeks pregnant. I would like to continue the spinning classes, but am wondering whether it's ok. I use a gel cushioned seat and bought a heart rate monitor. I haven't ever seen anyone pregnant taking the classes. I'm imagining at a certain point it may become physically impossible, but until then can I continue? I also find that exercising helps with my feelings of fatigue. Thanks in advance for your time and words of wisdom. I find this website immensely helpful.
