I think your mom and sisters were very lucky. I think I read one of the docs here state in a posting that even if everything is "perfect" (timing, sperm, egg, ovulation, etc), there is still only 25% chance each month that you will conceive. Most docs will wait a year before doing any additional testing unless there are other reasons to do so (age, PCOS, etc), some will start at 6 months. Talk to your doc.

In the mean time, try to relax. The stress of ttc is enough in itself. Most likely it'll happen soon!
