I delivered my daughter at 37 weeks and she was perfectly healthy, but I
do agree that if there is no medical reason to induce early, then it
shouldn't be your Drs. choice, it should be yours. How set are you on
having your OB delivering? With my first, someone else delivered as I
went faster then my OB thought and he was doing a c/s. I actually
didn't really care either way who delivered her..so it worked out fine.
Good luck..and don't let him/her push you around!!
