nipple stimulation and m/c

I have been reading the posts recently and I noticed that one of the doctors suggested nipple stimulation to help things on their way at term. I was wondering if nipple stimulation, ie if part of intercourse or foreplay, can cause the uterus to contract before term?

Should women ttc, or early pregnant avoid nipple stimulation?
