no weight gain whatsoever....

I am 21 weeks pregnant today, and started my pregnancy a little overweight [I am 5'7" and weighed about 168 when I got pregnant]. Although I was extremely nauseated the first trimester, I didn't vomit. I tried to eat healthy but I didn't eat heavily [too sick]. After the first trimester, my nausea got WORSE and I started vomiting. I would usually vomit about once a day or every other day. A few times I vomited twice a day, but that's only happened a few times. Sometimes now I can go three days without vomiting. Anyway...despite my nausea and intermittent vomiting, I eat healthy and I try to keep food in my tummy. I do not over-eat at all because of the nausea. I eat until satisfied. I have not gained a single pound...in fact, I've lost weight. Today I weighed 166.5 pounds. My belly sticks WAY out - I'm in maternity clothes. The baby actively kicks and at all my visits and all my ultrasounds, she looks great and measures right on target. Do I need to be concerned that I am not gaining weight even though I'm eating and the baby is measuring right? My doctor got on my case last visit and said, "No more weight loss!" But I can't seem to help it. Hope you can give me some insight. Thank you.
