Before my pregnancy was confirmed I stupedly took four of the white pills from the triphasel 28 day birth control pack to start my period, they are the pills closer to when the period is supposed to start ( someone told me this was a good thing to try to do) I believe these pills contain more progesterone and am worried that I have now hurt my unborn child. Would this cause birth defects or stunt the fetal growth in any way? Please respond. Thanks.
