Ureaplasma and law progesterone

my name is Paula, from Portugal. I had two very early miscarriage, both in 6th week. My gynecologist told me I have a law progesterone. But after some tests that she ask me for, we found out that I have a Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection. My gynecologist told me that may be an indirectly cause of my miscarriage. I wanted to know if a uraplasma infection can makes me to have law progesterone and how?

Other question: I have read here from some women who have this infection, that they have some days of spotting before their period, and it happen the same with me. I wanted to know if it can't be a ureaplasma syntom?
