Primolut Nor & Cyclo Progynova

First of all please excuse my possibly poor choice of words and sentence structure, but I am not a native English-speaker.

For a while I have been having erratic periods including mid-cycle bleeding. In this month alone I had a heavy four-day period starting on the 9th, and another medium strong one over four days starting on the 15th. I went to see a gynaecologist on the 16th, who first of all did an ultrasound scan, which revealed that my endometrium was not sufficiently built up. A blood test further revealed my hormonal status to be as follows: LH: 5,53; FSH: 8,30; Prolaktin: 464,97; Progesteron: 0,60; Estadiol: 19,93. Based on the results I was asked to take Primolut-Nor 5 as from the 19th (2 tablets daily for 10 days). Thereafter I am supposed to get my period and start taking Cyclo Progynova as from day 5. >From the day I started taking Primolut Nor I have been experiencing a
period-type ‘tugging’ feeling in my uterus region, however no bleeding of any sort.

As the gynaecologist speaks hardly any English (we are presently working in a country in which neither our language nor English is spoken) I can not fully understand what she is probably trying to explain to me about the prescribed medication. Furthermore the medication leaflets are also in local language. As I am reluctant to approach local colleagues about our medical/family planning problems I would be very grateful if someone could explain the effects and possible side-effects of Primolut Nor and Cyclo Progynova to me, and what could be causing the ‘tugging’ feeling I described earlier.

Thank you very much.
