I am 9 weeks pregnant and my breast have been sore constantly. However, I have a 3 yr old and when I was pregnant with him my breast did exactly what yours are doing. Start at week 5 my breast were full and tender. I would sometimes go a full week with no tenderness and the swelling would even seem to go down and then the tenderness would return. I know that every pregnancy is different- I hope that this helps. I too, was worried about the "come and go" of symptoms (primarily my breast)- but I did in fact give birth to a very healthy little boy. I wish you the very best- and if at all possible- please try to enjoy the days that your breast are not sore. Mine hurt so bad and I wish that this pregnancy was more like my pregnancy with my son- at least then I got a break ever so often from the tenderness.
