Yet another Triple Test question

If two women have similar Triple Test results (maternal serum results) but one woman is at her "ideal" weight" the other 50lbs overweight, is the overweight lady prone to have a higher "risk evaluation"? For example, if a woman weighed 200lbs instead of 150lbs at the time of her Triple Test, would that automatically put her at higher risk - simply being overweight? Or is the biggest factor in the triple test the maternal serum results themselves.

Thank you in advance for your response.
