Hi. I know that many women suffer from morning sickness and various forms of nausea but I'm suffering from pretty painful gas pains and now I haven't had a bowel movement in over 4 days. Prior to this pregnancy (I am approx 6 wks.) I was regular (every day), now I'm in a lot of gastro discomfort and at times pain. I don't even know what to eat anymore as everything makes me feel pretty horrible and I haven't eaten almost anything in three days now. I clearly can't continue to not eat if I want a healthy pregnancy. Any suggestions???
