I have been on Zoloft for a little over 6 months now, and feel so much better (was depressed). I was on 50mg. I am trying to get pregnant so I have gone down to 25mg in an attempt to wean off, but I am really more comfortable not getting off altogether. The only research I have seen is that it can cause an increased risk of miscarriage....are there any other possible fetal side effects I should know about? Am I risking my baby by staying on the medication?
