Reoccurance??? I lost my pregnancy to Trisomy, I was in such an emotional state when the doctor was explaining what happened to me that I just didn't get it. Now I come to find out that there is Trisomy 9, 13, 18, & 21. The only thing I do know is that it was NOT Trisomy 21, according to my doc. I had to have a d&c so we were able to get tissues tested to find out what happened. My doc explained to me that there were three chromosomes, instead of two and because of the abnomality my baby stopped growing. He made certain to tell me that it was not Trisomy 21, which is down symdrome. That is all I know. Can someone help me understand more.
