My 3rd pregnancy was a complete surprise since I had just come off of a 6 month course of Lupron. I had no idea and no symptoms (until 6 weeks - by then I knew). I found out because I was scheduled to have a series of lower back xrays done and the technician didn't want to do them until I had a pg test since I hadn't had a period in 7 months (due to the Lupron). So anyway, that's my story.
