hcg levels and not feeling uterus at 12 weeks

I am now 12 weeks along, and HCG levels at 7 weeks were 70,000, however progesterone was low 7.2 and my OB placed me on progesterone tablets 100 mg a day. I havent had any problems, pain or cramping or any bleeding.. However I really don't feel my uterus and thought as this is my second preg that I would have popped by now. They did see a heartbeat at the 7 week ultrasound. What are your thoughts? Thank you..
