It might sound stupid, but.....
This is what my husband did to help prevent spillage: Immediately after
intercourse he would stand on the bed and hold my feet in the air. (like
when you change a babies diaper.) Then he placed the pillow under my
butt. It also helps if you can put a chair or stool on the bed so you
can keep your legs elevated. Good luck. It would be fun to hear what
others do.
