I took rounds and rounds of clomid in the past year. Sometimes I appeared to ovulate, others not. Every month we also did 1 or 2 vaginal ultrasounds to make sure there were actually folicles there. There always were, but my period started like clockwork. Finally, we decided to take a look inside hoping to find endometriosis... even though I didn't have many symptoms of it. It turned out I had stage 2 endo which can significantly effect ovulation. It is 1 month post surgery and I am finally preggers. Looking back, I wish we had done the surgery sooner. It would have saved a bunch of money. You might want to talk to your doctor about the possibility of endometriosis. Also, since you are on the clomid... taking lots of B6 and drinking soymilk helped to keep my body balanced and my mind somewhat sane. Good luck
