positive early preg test q

I have been tracking my ovulation by OPK, and had a positive 10 days ago. Yesterday at 8/9dpo, I took a first response early preg test (UK) which measures 20-25 iu. I know that I shouldn't until 3 days before and my period is due on sat making it 5 days before, but i had lots of symptoms.

The test was faintly positive in the allocated time frame!!! ands the right place. Can I assume that it is a false as I tested early, or is this possible, that I implanted say 7dpo and I am pregs?

Please advise, I rang the 800# and they say its +...the faint line is still there. The helpline also said that they are designed not to leave evap lines in the window.

Any help appreciated...
