4 weeks pregnant- some questions

I just found out that I'm pregnant, finally, after 14 months of trying. My first appointment isn't until Aug. 30 and I have some questions.

I have asthma, which is under control with Pulmacort and Albuterol. Those medications were selected for me with the understanding that I was trying to become pregnant. Now that I am pregnant, should I make an appointment to see my asthma doctor?

Is it all right to use a topical scalp medication to control flaking? The medicine is Betamethasone Valerate Lotion USP, 0.1%?

I know that I have Group B Strep. Is this something that needs to be monitored before my Aug. 30th appointment?

Last, but not least, I know that pregnant women shouldn't have dental work done. Is it all right to floss my teeth if the gums bleed or could that lead to problems?
