I have a u/s scheduled for this Friday. I had a transvaginal u/s 2 weeks ago at 6weeks 1day. Could not detect a heartbeat. My doctor said I had good implantation and there was a faint something that he said he believed to be the fetal pole. I keep reading about women hearing the heartbeat at 6 weeks some slightly sooner. This is making me very nervous. I have read the archives. Another woman with a similar question was told that the heartbeat most likely could not be detected b/c she did not have a transvaginal. I would appreciate any responses. Thank you so much.
