Hey...im so sorry you are having to go through this. I know just how you feel as I've had 2 m/c's within the past year, myself. DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF! I know you've probably heard this a million times before and I know its hard to believe. Lifting 30 lbs would not cause a misscarriage. There are women who run throughout their pregnancy and lift weights. Most likely it was just a chromosomal defect...or a "bad match" between your egg and his little swimmer. I wish you the best of luck with your next pregnancy.
