Angela, I am 20 weeks and had a miscarriage in Feb. too. I was worried just like you but I then got the tenderness later around 12-14 weeks when all my symptoms started to come. Don't worry. I have learned that every pregnancy is different and many many women don't even get sore boobs. Mine just started to get bigger lately too. You have a while to go. Congratulations.
