I've been on a 4-month treatment of clomid (50mg, and 3 months of 100mg). Today is day 12th of this cycle, I have not taken any clomid during this cycle and I am also not pregnant.

Since 3~4 weeks ago I've been feeling some cramping (like that during menstruation). Is this due to hormonal changes in my body, or is this a possible sign for a cyst, or something else? Please help. Thanks,
