The same thing hapened to me both @ 6 weeks and @ 8 weeks. I had bright red spotting. I freaked out thinking that I was having a miscarriage. Both times my fears proved to be unfounded by 2 ultrasounds that showed everything was fine. I know it's hard not to worry but try not to stress out too much over it it's not worth it.
