I have been feeling fetal movements since about 16 weeks. At the beginning the left twins would move about quite alot. For the last few days I have noticed that the left twin has been very quiet, maybe only a movement once a day if that. I am working so perhaps wouldn't notice so much, but I do notice the right twin that is very active. At 22 weeks how long do I leave it before I panic? I have a scan on July 20.
