Its just something where you treat the symptoms. For me the best things were tylenol, a pillow between the legs at night, lots of warm baths (not shower, baths), and a hot water bottle at the site to help alleviate the pain. I was also instructed to limit my time sitting and doing things like climbing stairs or walking a lot. I was already on bedrest so it wasn't much change there, but I did notice when doing those things that it would hurt worse. Good Luck and Congratulations!!
