I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. Last night I took 2 tylenol pm for cramps/severe tailbone pain (I have cracked it many times in the past, and it seems to hurt more now that I am preg). My nurse said I could take it, only if I had to. Well, I had to! At less than 6 weeks pregnant, have I endangered the baby? I woke up so scared. This is the 2nd time I've taken tylenol pm.
