It sounds like this is a better ovulation, better mucus and better opk result. I would go for it as the other 2 sounded less like true ovulations. The day of the cycle does not matter as it is the length of the luteal phase that is important (from ovulation to menstruation). I would have my progesterone checked ~7 days after ovulation.
