At 200, I would not even bother wiht a 3h test. That level is extrememly high at 18 weeks. I would treat you as a gestational diaebetic from no on. the glucose metabolism tends to get worse as the pregnancy progresses. Even if you have normal 3h test, you'll need to go all over this again at 28 weeks.
