I heard at a conference several years ago that it is pretty rare, but I would say, based on luteal phase progesterones and short bbt luteal phases, it probably accounts for `20% of my infertility patients. A few seem to respond to luteal progesterone, more to clomid, and the majority I find need superovulation with a RE. Now, probably those had some other problem and the lpd was very minor
