only if you have a hard time finding the heart rate, panic and get in an accident rushing to the hospital! (don't laugh, this happened to a patient in my community -- she wasn't hurt, but her bumper was!)

I don't won't to over use it if it can >cause any harm to my baby.

could just be stretching -- depends on where you are in your pergnancy. Be sure to let your doc know >
