polycystic appearing ovaries are sometimes seen in PCOS -- not always.

can't answer without having the labs normal ranges. for my local lab it
owuld be mildly elevated

both of these are standard parts of an infertilty workup -- why wast a
lot of time trying if your husbands sperm count is now low? If it is,
inseminations can help.
