(keep in mind I am not a medical professional). Try some relaxation techniques when you get home from work. try drinking some green tea (besides being relaxing, it increases your chance of conceiving) also eliminate caffiene from your diet, which not only reduces your chance of getting PG, but also can cause you to be high strung becuase of it's stimulant effect. I know trying to relax is hard, but try to focus on other things and it will happen...it took me 2 years, but I am now 23 weeks Pg!!
