I am not ttc. Have been on bc pills for 4.5 years. Missed a couple of pills last month, but caught them up. Now, I am 2.5 weeks late. Have most symptoms of pregnancy (I think...). Had a - blood test at 3 days late. I am still nauseated, have tender breasts, fatigued, hungry, gaining slight weight, and missing my period. I've continued with the birth control pill. If I am pregnant and it just didn't show early on, can the pill harm the baby? Should I wait until my second missed month to test again? Should I take pre-natal vitamins just in case? Please advise.
