getting pregnant

I am just after some info, We are in our 4th month ttc our first baby. I am under a lot of pressure at work, and am also very worried that we will have problems getting pg. According to OPK, mucus and temps I am o'ing.

Bearing in mind that I am probably o'ing, will emotional upset and worry affect us conceiving, or implanting?

If so, I can't see us ever getting pg, ;(
