Kelly Shanahan, MD, : "Re: Side effects following clomid cycles" I have completed three cycles of clomid - first at 50mg and the two at 100mg. I ovulated during each cycle and had 28 day cycles. This is my first month off clomid and I have had light spotting since day 17 (OPK showed I ovulated day 13)and I am now on day 28 with no signs of AF on the way. I have never had spotting like this for two weeks in either regular or clomid cycles. Could this be a result of the clomid use? I am waiting to start my next cycle and begin injectibles and am not sure if I will get AF after all this spotting.
