I have never heard of fertility chances increasing with time. I think for the average, healthy couple you have the same 20-25% chance every month. I know that there have been no controlled studies on the use of Vitex to increase chances, but I did use it the last month of trying from the 1st day of my menstruation until I got an Lh surge with an OPK. I did in fact get pregnant that month- of course it could have been just a wonderful coincidence. I hope that this helps and I wish you the very best.
