Second, at 3 mm this isn't really pyelectasis. None-the-less, using Bennaceraf's data, this would place you in a category to offer amniocentesis if the serum screen were abnormal and you were 35-39 years old. If you are younger than that age group and your serum screen is normal, it would be a choice that you would have to make, but it is truly pretty soft all around... Lynn
