I am not a doctor but I have been pregnant before and am once again. During my pregnancy with my son 3 yrs ago, I never experienced nausea- not even the slightest twinge of it. I did not even feel fatigued until the last trimester. I gave birth to a very healthy baby boy. I am currently in my 6th week of pregnancy and sick all of the time. I think it is very true that every pregnancy is different. I feel for you, as I too was worried in my first pregnancy because of a lack of "typical" pregnancy symptoms. I know that it is easier said than done- but if you can- enjoy your pregnancy and especially the fact that you can go about your day without nausea interferring. Good luck!- and best wishes!
